  1. Each morning, before you eat anything make yourself a glass of warm water with fresh lemon squeezed into this. This will stimulate your digestion system and hydrate your body after a long night of sleep. Your skin and tummy will thank you.
  2. Take a moment of silence in the morning right after you get dressed, just sit on the bed, close your eyes and take a moment to set an intention for the day. This is so powerful. If you have time to write in in a journal, go for it!

Before you get into the shower, take 1 minute and brushWith this one simple addition to your routine you are stimulating your circulation and lymphatic system, helping to eliminate toxins and getting that glow.

Simply close your eyes, take three deep breaths and imagine a cord running from the sky above you, into your head, through your spine and down into the earth. Don’t worry if you can’t SEE it, the feeling of it will help you shift into more grounded energy.
  7. Do something that scares you. I don’t mean jumping out an airplane {unless that is on your wish-list}. I mean those daily things that can hold you back. Saying hi to someone that you want to get to know. Signing up for a class that you’ve always wanted to take. Volunteer somewhere. Make a list of 101 goals. Do it. You’ll be amazing at how you feel.
