True decluttering begins on the inside.

True commitment to clearing space begins with addressing WHY the clutter is accumulating in the first place.

One of the things that helped me to FINALLY tame the piles that kept magically appearing in my office, trunk, and kitchen counter is actually a 3 step process.

1 – I forgave myself for the clutter and instead began to get curious about WHY it was there.

2 – I decided to create a METRIC for how I chose to bring NEW things into my home and life AND how I wanted to FEEL in my home. I want to feel SIMPLY LUXURIOUS. That means that the quality of the things I chose went WAY up. This helped me to avoid the impulse SALE priced items. AND… the SIMPLY meant that I wanted to create CLEAR SPACE.

3 – I realized that the outer clutter was a reflection of my INNER clutter... the more overwhelmed and “busy” I felt, the more PILES began to accumulate.

SO…. I created a process to connect with how I wanted to FEEL in my home and in my body.

Just like your external environment requires a regular polishing, dusting and reclaiming…. your INNER world needs this same love and attention.
