My gift to you… 3 Step Magic Morning Practice

Connect With Your Inner Goddess {PODCAST}

When you’re looking for guidance and direction about a decision in your life … who do you turn to?

“A woman in harmony with her spirit is like a river flowing.
She goes where she will without pretense and arrives at her destination prepared to be herself, and only herself.”

~Maya Angelou

I’ve always had several voices speaking to me in my inner world.

No, I don’t have multiple personalities… though sometimes it certainly feels that way.

And in some ways… you actually have multiple voices in you heads talking to you throughout the day.

One of the best things I’ve done for myself in this life is to begin a consistent journaling practice.

In fact, I’ve had a journal since I was about 11 or 12 years old.

I’ve always been able to sense the different energy of my writing and my words when I sit down to write in my journal.

I can tell that sometimes when I write in my journal, I feel optimistic, hopeful, and am able to dream into all of the possibilities.

And sometimes, I am doubtful and full of fearful thoughts.

Can you relate???

Yes, these were all of my voices… but I wondered … what was fueling the difference?

YES… I am a true Gemini (with a Cancer rising ;)) for you astrology nerds.

But that only means that I can see and feel things from multiple perspectives…

it does not explain the variety of “voices” in my inner world.

One day, as I was meditating… I sensed the presence of truly distinct voices that were speaking to me.

And I was able to step back and “hear” these voices.

Thanks to my meditation practice, I knew that I was NOT these voices… that these voices were simply aspects of my thoughts and elements of stories that I formed in my life as a response to my personal circumstances.

We all have these aspects of our personality.

We all have different voices that speak to us.

Some of the voices represent our “inner mother/father”…

Some of these voices are aspects of our inner child.

And some of these voices represent the fear, joy, self-doubt, and a plethora of other emotions that you store in your inner world.

Your inner world is such a rich landscape of possibility.

This inner world is the key to understanding WHY you do, say and feel things in your own way.

So why not get to know this world?

Over my 2 decades of coaching, teaching, and mothering … I’ve come to know a few of these inner voices. And I’ve found that a few of them are pretty universal.

Two of the universal voices that you and I share include the Goddess & the Gremlin.

I go into depth in teaching to these archetype aspects in my 21 Days of Self-Care Rituals program.

For today, we are going to focus on your Inner Goddess.

She is the one who is here to help you elevate your Femininity.

She is the one who is here to rise about the “fear gremlin” and calm his nervousness.
