Daily Spark…Feeling A Bit Off?


There are those days when you wake up and just want to go tell the world to f*%$ off. I know it. Maybe you need to get more sleep. Maybe you need a day off. Right now, maybe you just need to take care of yourself and focus on the foundation of your world…you!

Today I started with yoga and a big-ol glass of lemon water. I was feeling ok, but I still needing something more. I felt my body calling my to slow down, to lay down to be still. So I listened. I asked my body & spirit what I needed most. I heard the answer loud and clear. Get outside, take off your shoes and sit.

So I did…three times today. I must have spent a total of an hour with my feet in the dirt and if felt amazing. I could feel the difference after a few minutes.

One of my favorite meditations is a grounding meditation where I get my roots deep into the earth. I tried this meditation with my feet on the dirt and it was spectacular. {You can preview this original meditation by signing up to my newsletter on the right side of this blog or clicking here}.

For dinner I listened to what I needed most; a beautiful green smoothie and more grounding. And so I listened.
