A huge part of self-care is about the food choices you make each day. The food you choose to eat each day affects your mood, your health and your overall sense of wellness.
I love incorporating green drinks into each day because I’ve found that for ME to stay balanced in mind, body & spirit, I need to honor my body with loads of fresh organic greens.
