Unplugging is my FAVORITE thing to do these days…SO good, especially while camping. Thanks for the reminder, and hope all is well, my friend! xx

Love it, Elena! And this message comes at a perfect time. I’m heading to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for a week…. and I’m thinking maybe I’ll have a technology detox! Hmmmm…

I might be biased (because I am so proud to be your husband) but I loved that video. Your message is so important and I can attest to how powerful it can be to unplug from our technologies, at least for a bit. The senses come alive.

    I love you,

    Wolf

Desiree … It truly is such a big part of allowing the magic and inspiration to bubble up.

It was so good, I’m doing it again tomorrow!

I’m SO excited for you because I know how AMAZING this is going to be for your soul, your body and your business. I’m going on another digital detox tomorrow … for 3 days.

Let’s connect on the other side.

Love the synchronicity of accidentally unplugging…so good for us!

And, YES, to being in nature…so restorative.

We were in the woods for five days at the end of June + it was pure magic. No internet, no phone, no media, no technology.

Just us, our friends, the river, the trees, the skies, the dirt…being connected with our Mother Earth + our nature is POWERFUL.

    Such a good reminder, Elena.

Thank you for shining your light!

    xo,

    D
