Interview Interviews SELF-CARE

I think what struck me most about what you had to say
in this first ever self help vid I’ve ever watched was:
How your so incredibly beautiful but still struggle with self confidence
That addiction has been in your life but you chose to deal with
    It rather then leave it
Explaining to your children that you won’t be there for everything
Self care is important but sleeping in is important too
I look forward to your coaching!
    Be well

Janet thank you for taking the time to watch and comment on my interview. Yes, I do struggle. The truth is that we ALL struggle with something. I believe that when we share our stories we open the door for others to heal and get curious about our own stories. I am grateful everyday that my family had to experience this because it SAVED me. It was and still continues to be a gift in my life. Everyday we have an opportunity to choose our perspective… xo Lisa

I never even considered ‘self care’ as being a daily must for me – I just thought an annual spa or quarterly bath was the treat. I really resonated with busy isn’t a badge of honor. I’ve heard that saying before but I am notoriously a busy person – or am I? is it that visceral reaction you were talking about? left me with lots to think about – great interview thank you

I am a Type1 diabetic currently in the 10 days of YOU! challenge. I’m under the care of the VA hospital trying to identify the mental block keeping me from better blood sugar control. The material covered in this interview is right on track with the consciousness, and efforts, and choices I need to make that happen.

I love your comment Alex and encourage you to get curious about your behaviours. We don’t know what we don’t know BUT when we use curiosity without judgement you never know what you will discover about yourself.
Thank you for taking the time to watch xo ~ Lisa
