Aromatherapy Top 6 Essential Oils 100% Pure & Therapeutic grade – with Lavender, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Sweet Orange, Lemongrass & Peppermint – Basic Sampler Gift Set & Premium Kit – 6/10 Ml – there are many amazing essential oil brands and scents. Play around until you find the combination that works for you.

Epsoak Magnesium Sulfate Epsom Salt, 19.75 lbs – I tend to buy Epsom Salts in bulk because Sacred Bath rituals are my go to grounding and centering ritual. I LOVE lighting a candle and soaking in the healing waters to get reconnected back to ME and to spirit. I always add in my favorite essential oils and sometimes I even add a crystal or some flower petals. Have fun with this one. You’re a goddess and deserve a beautiful practice that helps reconnect you back to your divine nature.

Books I LOVE

(and recommend to my clients before we begin working together)

Light Is the New Black: A Guide to Answering Your Soul’s Callings and Working Your Light – I read this book on an airplane and couldn’t wait to share it with you. I love learning about the journey that awakens people on the spiritual path. This one is will grab your attention and keep you engaged all the way. LOTS of notes made as I read this one.

Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear – I LITERALLY ordered this book twice :))) -AND I even ordered it from the library. So I ended up with 3 copies of this in one day 🙂 – OK… I’m gifting one, returning the library copy and inhaling my copy of this book. I’ve been listening to the Big Magic podcast and have been so inspired to re-ignite my creative life. I truly believe that getting creative just for fun is the path to inspiration in all areas of my life.

The Art of Asking: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Let People Help – So many of us hold back and choose to stay quiet about what we most need. We hesitate because we don’t want to put others out. We doubt our own value and worth. If you’ve ever wanted to know the power of asking for what you need and want … and the miracles that result, check out Amanda’s amazing story. Then google her TED talk. It’s amazing!

The Prosperous Coach: Increase Income and Impact for You and Your Clients – I love this simple and poignant approach to serving our clients at the highest levels. There are many stories, examples and anecdotes in this book that will inspire you to bring your best self forth and create a coaching business that grows with you and along side your clients.

Sacred Success: A Course in Financial Miracles – it’s SO important to get your money stories sorted before you try to step into a business you love. We can totally step into our power, invite prosperity and abundance on our own terms … but NOT before you sort you money stuff!. Enjoy!

The Desire Map 2015 Planner – This one is technically not a book. It’s more of a planning tool. I purchased this one for myself as a gift and plan to use it to set my daily intentions and desires. Yeah, I’m a Danielle LaPorte fan!

The Big Leap: Conquer Your Hidden Fear and Take Life to the Next Level – this one is ALL about identifying and breaking through those upper limits we all have. This one is truly life-changing.

The Artist’s Way Starter Kit – I took this book along on a camping trip a while back and literally inhaled it. I love the simple creative practices recommended by Julia Cameron. The one that stuck with me and literally changed my life, and the one I recommend to my clients is the morning pages exercise. Check it out and let me know what you think.

The Desire Map: A Guide to Creating Goals with Soul – I think we all know how amazing Danielle LaPorte and her work in the world are. She has been able to put words and strategy to a process that is ALL about emotions, desires and feelings. This is a book that I keep coming back to as a reminder and a vision centering process. Enjoy!

18 Minutes: Find Your Focus, Master Distraction, and Get the Right Things Done– If you’ve spent any time trying to build a business, manage a project or even run a household, you know that distraction and procrastination is a major issue. This book has simple strategies to get FOCUSED and create your success on your schedule.

The War of Art: Break Through the Blocks and Win Your Inner Creative Battles– This is a book I keep coming back to. The first time I read it I was on a flight to my first mastermind retreat and WOW – it woke me up and truly inspired me. Within 48 hours I created an entire course and filled it!!!! This is one you’ll pick up over and over again.

The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom (A Toltec Wisdom Book) – I have read and gifted this book more than any others. It’s the strongest foundation for the path that I walk in life as a friend, mama, business owner and awakening soul. I read this book for the first time when I was around 18 years old and it’s still relevant for me today.

Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead – This was a book that I found just as I was submitting an application to TED Talks. I loved the divine timing because the very first thing Brene Brown talks about in this book is her experience in applying for the TED talk she did which was seen millions of times around the world. Well, even though I did NOT get my TED talk booked {yet}, I did find this lens of vulnerability SO valuable, especially as a mama and a wife. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Rework – All I have to say is that this book blew my mind in the best possible way. This is exactly what I feel about starting a business … dropping the “shoulds” and doing it MY way. If you read this one … let me know what your reaction is.

The Law of Divine Compensation: On Work, Money, and Miracles – This is one of the books that goes into my morning Self-Care routine on a regular basis. Your mindset is such a huge aspect of getting shit done, showing up and doing the work in and on your business. There are so many women I’ve worked work with who have limiting beliefs around money and how much they are truly able to earn. If you’re ready to bust through those old stories and invite true abundance, check out Marianne Williamson’s take on the divine gift of money.

The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work and What to Do About It – I first read this book about 15 years ago. It’s since been revised and is completely relevant for anyone who has a passion, hobby or interest that they are turning into a business. Check it out!!! I’ve given this one away as many times as I’ve purchased it.

Change Me Prayers: The Hidden Power of Spiritual Surrender – After reading Tosha’s first book, Outrageous Openness, I knew that this one was going to be another amazing journey to Divine trust. And it IS!!! I love this and will also grab the audio copy so I can continue to listen and deepen my spiritual trust in my own journey.

Video & Recording Tools

Blue Microphones Yeti USB Microphone – My latest toy!

I love this microphone when I’m sitting at my desk. It makes my feel all pro- and sparkly.

Logitech C930e Webcam – This is a super stable camera with a really wide view that’s awesome for teaching on a white board. And it takes the processing off of your computer so the connection is more stable.

Audio-Technica ATR-3350 Lavalier Omnidirectional Condenser Microphone – This microphone is super easy to use. I love it because it works with cameras, laptops and with my smartphone. It’s open the box and plug & play.

Joby JM3-01WW GripTight GorillaPod Stand (Black) – This is one of my most favorite tools. I can quickly put my smartphone in this tripod and attach the legs to a branch, my steering wheel (not while I’m driving) or just prop it up like a traditional tripod. There’s nothing worse than saying something brilliant with a shaky screen.

CowboyStudio Photography/Video  – This is the exact setup I have in my office. It’s sturdy enough and bright enough to light my videos. I use a dedicated space so I don’t have to move them. But I can see how it would be easy enough to set up and break down each time. Mine came with the carrying case but I never use it. If I shoot outside I use natural light. One day I’ll get a backdrop as well … for now, I love my golden mandala.
