I believe it’s so important to share the journey of growth, resistance and stepping past {or in this case, punching} limiting beliefs. Because we can’t always plan for the moments that are going to define our path, it’s crucial to stay present as much as possible. If I allowed my gremlins to win this day, I would not have experienced the intense release of emotion that happened in the most unexpected place.

    thank you Elena sharing this, I believe women need to try some marshall arts to improve inner strength. before my mentor did not advise me try boxing – due to he found me I am strong enough- I said I need it and I will try, and I saw how good to releasing way to hit something and learn to use your body to defend yourself if in case. – even this gaves inner stregth- and it is really good release tension all around your body… great start, thank you for remainding…
